Goal: To encourage men to be better men in all areas of their lives.
How It Works
Each chapter has a specific task to accomplish that day. The chapter will begin with a theory component which briefly explains the benefits of doing the task and how to go about accomplishing it. After that, you go out and do the task. The tasks will cover a variety of areas of a man’s life including relationships, health, career and money, and style. Even if you already do the things assigned, it’s always good to have a reminder to keep on doing it.
Take it one at a time. The name of the game here is small steps.
